Huawei Ideos S7 Tablet is it worth it and any good?

(i lost my ipod touch 2g a few months ago i used for a few years and is looking for something new) Do u think this will be a good choice. It looks good for the money. my budget is around 200s so ya.
ps. i am not familr with android 2 much, this will be my 1st android product i heard it is best to get android 2.1 or 2.2. also how is the android market, does it have as many apps or good amount like apple, im used to my ipod touch.
I own several of these Gadgets and also a S7 since some months. I think it is a good value for the money even it has some limitations that you should be aware of. First the good: The concept of the 2.1 implementation is great and stable. It has GPS working fine, and also has a regular Sim Card slot in which my European SIM Card fits and works fine. Botha as Phone as well as an Internt Tablet, even as a Internet Access Point. The Display is bright, and the duration of its accu is reasonable., and a full charge load is less then one hour charge time. The metal stand is nice for handling it on the desk and even to hold it firm. The Sound is loud and the Camera’s work…
Now the Limitations: It is just 2.1 and as such when you have 100+ applications (yes the android markete is really big and every day there are new apps) 2.1 has some memory limitations as you can not put the apps on the external card. Also the device is very heavy. You would not assume that weight. The touchscreen requires a pointing device, or clicking more with the finger nail than the sof touch you might be used from your ipod. The Sound seems to be a little too loud and the camera result was not as good as the new Iphone 4.
But looking at the price of 249$ you get a lot too play with, and the hope, at some time then also have Android 2.2 or higher on it…
