i need the BEST photo editing software that i could downlaod thats totaly safe and FREE?
i like editing pictures and i just purchased a new digital camera:) and wanted to download a good quality photo editing program (pretty much like photoshop but free… if there is one)
i usualy go on picnick but i would like to be able to edit pics without being online. i would like the program to have cool effects like being able to change the hue, contrast, exposure, tint, backgrounds, softening, frames, etc…(not just boring touch ups :p)
i wasnt able to find one from my searches, but maybe someone else has experience with this. i hope that what i want exists for free… lol
oh and i have a PC and the program has to be safe
