Somebody hit my car in the parking lot of my University and ran?
i go to adelphi university in garden city new york and thursday night there was a halloween party, somebody hit my car (brand new 2010 black mitsubish lancer es sport) and ran. im so pissed you have no idea. i was only there because my job is event staff security. anyway i went to public safety and they are reviewing tapes but the way the cameras pan they said its like finding a needle in a haystack. what can i do?? im only 21 and im a guy i dont want my insurance to go up the damage isnt a scratch they fucked up my entire passenger side rear door and side panel. its dented up and scratched up and i can barely afford to pay for school let alone pay for damages on a car. what should i do?? what can i do!? i was thinking of sending a mass email out asking for somebody to come forward.. and i think im gonna file a police report today. but how do i find this person. cuz he/she is a fellow student and they were at that party. ugh, help ._.
It’s called drunk driving. They don’t stick around because they’re drunk.
Go in the school parking lot and look for the car that matches your damage…then you’ll find your perpetrator.
