How do I know what kind of memory card reader to buy for use with my pc and camera?
I’m trying to transfer large video files from my pc back to my Kodak EasyShare camera. I need a memory card reader to do this, and I don’t know how to choose one.
Buy one with 20 or more possible connections. That will do the job.
Kodak uses SD, CF and XD memory cards. Most modern readers will support all of them. XD is less used then the other ones, some readers might not support that. Stay away from such a reader.
Older readers (which sit 2 years on the shelf in the shop) might be only USB1.1. Don’t buy that. Buy a USB2.0 reader.
