What digital P & S would you recommend for under $ 300? (See details)?
My budget is $ 300 (I'd like to stay less $ 200, $ 300, but well), I will buy the camera on Friday. Here are some of the factors I'm looking at my camera, in order of 1-5 (1 the most important) ~ 1) Low noise levels – at least a point and shoot – especially in dark scenes ~ 2) Stability of the image ~ 3) 8.6 Megapixel ~ 4) No more than 1 or 2 seconds between taking drag photos (shutter speed to one side), and fast flash recharge ~ 5) The zoom is not important to me Any suggestions? Thank you forgot to mention the Kodak cameras and I do not get along — NO Kodaks, please!
