Has Anyone Successfully Completed A Transaction With Pro Tech Solution Via Yahoo Shopping?
Have not been able to communicate with this Yahoo Merchant since placing an order. Calls to customer service and to sales all transferred to voice mail. No response todate to e-mail requests for additional info. Unable to confirm address of – Pro-Tech Cameras, Inc. at 8402 Fountain Cir., Suite 500 San Antonio, TX 78229
Advised by Yahoo! Shopping that this merchant “has cancelled their online store – all order information will be deleted automatically”.
I haven’t tried to contact them but the BBB of San Antonio, Tx. has no info on them. As one responder says, “prices sounds too good to be true” and are way out of line with other vendors on the same product(s). No positive responses from any buyers??? Doesn’t sound good – my advice DO NOT PURCHASE
