i have a polariod izone 300,digital camera and when i hook it up to the usb drive nothing happens?

Ok let me see if I got what you are trying to do straight. You are trying to connect a iZone and other digital camera directly to a USB drive through the USB port on the iZone and the other unnamed digital camera. Is that correct?
Sorry, Can’t be done. The drive is missing the software need to be a USB master. You are trying to connect 3 USB slave devices together. One device needs to be a master with knowledge of the requirements to communicate and control the slave devices. You have to use your computer for this task.
There are a few removable storage drives/devices out there that know how to control and move pictures from a removable media like Compact Flash, Secure Digital, MMC flash cards but not other USB slave devices.
Get a USB hub if your computer does not have enough USB slots to connect all your devices at once.
