From my understanding, it all depends on how fast the Computer is runs and on how manny programs it can run at once. and it would be nice to have a built in webcam. But the most important thing is the operating system. windows CE is a old operating system and is very slow and lags a lot. you should get one with the newest operating system (Windows 7) is fast, easy and no lagging. And last, the memory, the memory is relly low, you’ll only be able to hold about 25,000 photos, insted of 128MB, it should have 3GB.
