canon or nikon better ?
i wanna buy a DSLR camera . kinda like the “photographer” camera thing . im new at using these digital stuff . which camera should i prefer buying ? which is cheaper and user friendly ?

Canon and Nikon are both excellent.
From what you mentioned, I would suggest the 450D or possibly the 500D…but *not* the 50D. Not for entry level anyway. 
If you are “new at using these digital stuff,” then you need a camera that isn’t going to make you want to toss it in the toilet within a week.
You need to be looking at lower grade I think…Canon makes a great Rebel series which I think you have listed, the 450 & 500D. That’s more along the lines of an entrance user and it will grow with you almost endlessly.
Another good series to consider is the XTi or XSi (450D) which are the models just below the new T1i /500D (I think that’s accurate.) You can save a lot by going with the X series and they will suit you very well.
In the Nikon line the D40 or a bit up would suit you well too but maybe start w/ D60.
I have seen *so* many people buy high grade, semi-pro cameras only to resell them or wish they had purchased something else because it is simply too much camera for what they want/need.
If you still want to go top of the line then consider this…
Get a used Rebel series off ebay (Canon for Rebel or D40 w/ Nikon) and save a lot of cash…maybe the XT, XTi or XSi. Learn how to use it and when you see that you are outgrowing it’s capabilities (which will be a lo-ng time off as they are very good cameras) then upgrade and treat yourself to a new or nearly new top of the line series such as you are looking at now. (And by that time there will be even newer and greater cameras being introduced and you can get super serious with all the knowledge you have gained!)
That way you save yourself a lot of frustration and a lot of dough.
