The large strap goes all the dress is actually brown, looks black in the camera, but its brown color. Is this fair? Is too formal? my semi formal is in 3 days and I have an appointment and I do not want to be in dress and look stupid! I think there team perfect. The flowers make the dress look less formal. I think the dress is very cute. I like how I was floored. I often see girls your age starts to wear high heels. Jacket, what type of clothing does a little casual. I would go for a shrug (not knitted or crocheted), which are kind of like cardigans, but a little fancier. I it would be good with your dress.
