What is a good Photography magazine that is more ‘how to’ articles rather than all photographs?
My brother is the hardest person in the world to Christmas shop for, but he mentioned a subscription to a Photography magazine would be nice. He is working on his technique and has a very very good digital camera with professional lenses and exposure films, ect. He is a quickly progressing amateur, but would like to better his skills. A magazine is good for articles, but most of the ones out there are all pictures. Any recommendations?

Shame you didnt tell us what country you are in, and seeing that you dont allow IM or EM, the chances of you seeing this answer, or any answer given, are practically zero.
