Yes, you have Shutter Priority mode. You set the Shutter speed, the camera selects an aperture to suit.

Yes, you have Aperture Priority mode. You set the Aperture, the camera selects a shutter speed.
Can you set the Exposure Manually?
It has full manual settings. You can be in total command.
Why it says “GPS Positioning Failed”?
Is the clock set? GPS won’t work unless it is.
Initial positioning must be outside with a clear view of the sky. If it can’t get a clear signal from at least three satellites, GPS can’t get a lock. Page 84-85 of the manual (link below).
