Looking for a driver for an old (inherited) IBM USB PC camera, P/N 33L4889,?
Vista could not find a driver, couldn’t find it at ibm.com
Yes, John, I did look. I looked at IBM.com, wouldn’t that be a logical place to look?
I also googled, and only found sites like driverdetective, which scan for free but charge to activate. Guess what, the site you recommend lists every OS EXCEPT Vista, and it links to – DriverDetective.
I think I had the same camera and same problem. The camera is simply too old to run on Vista.
