i have only found it for windows xp.
but i really need it for WINDOWS VISTA.

This is going to be hard to answer without what model of camera it is. Basically what you want to do is search the IBM website for the camera model under their drivers section, and then download and install it.
If you’ve done this already, then it doesn’t surprise me that there isn’t a driver for Vista, since its such an old camera. You might have to buy a new one.
