can anyone advise me whether i should go for an old phone like the nokia 3310,or a nokia 1600.I only want a?
very basic mobile simply to call on and occasional text messages.I’m not interested in the latest phones with cameras and all that,i just want something very basic and simple.I know the nokia 3310 was a good reliable,robust mobile,as i had one for years till i sold it.I wish i hadnt now.Should i go for a second 3310,if,i can find one,or should i go for the nokia 1600,and on what network?Which is the best network?Vodafone,orange,or 02.Has any of you got a nokia 1600?If so whats it like,compared with the 3310?Has anyone had the 3310 and has now got the nokia 1600?How do they compare?I want something robust and long lasting.Annabel.uk
the Nokia 1600 is a good, basic modern phone. most of the menus will be the same as or similar to the 3310. i’d go for the 1600 if only for the bigger screen. the best uk network is Orange, look out for the free sim card ads all over the internet!
