LG Versa: mp3 transfer question?
hey everyone 
ok, so i have an lg versa phone, and i’m wondering how to transfer music into it from my pc without buying the verizon music cable thing. my phone came with a usb cable that also acts like a charger (you plug it in) and when i connect my phone to the pc, it asks me to download the verizon cd (which i don’t have). then there’s the choice of windows trying to help you find another source, and i clicked that choice and it led me to an “LG USB modem driver” which supposedly is available to all lg products, like phone, camera, etc…
i’m wondering….is this download for FREE? like, you don’t have to have a data plan to have access to this program. or, if you don’t have a data plan, will you have to pay for the time you use the program?

I’m in the same boat! I just downloaded a radio show .mp3 to a microSD card and inserted it into the phone. I can’t even figure out how to get the phone to recognize the card!
