I've never seen Scrubs. What should I watch the episodes?

This summer I decided to enter Scrubs, a show all my friends love and it's apparently well received by critics. I put most of the series in my Netflix queue, but just not enough time in my day to see every episode, I'm looking at some highlights of the series. Please, any episode that: -… mark important events in the general history -… are exceptionally dramatic (Like the episodes with Michael J. Fox) -… It is exceptionally fun -… are unusual (My Life in Four Cameras, My Music, My House, etc) -… Do you think I should watch for another reason episodes can be any point in the other series of the season 1, as I have seen it all. Oh, and no spoilers please:)
