Can I retrieve deleted pictures on my digital camera?
I have a Canon PowerShot A540 and I accidentally deleted pictures that I didn’t mean to. Is there any way I can retrieve them, preferably free. If I have to download a program, is ArtPlus Digital Photo Recovery good?
I would recommend asoftech photo recovery, which worked well for me.
You need to connect your camera to computer. You should see camera shown as a drive letter (like H:) in Windows Explorer. If not, take out memory card, and connect it to computer using a card reader.
Download recover software asoftech photo recovery (http://www.asoftech.com/apr/). Install and open asoftech photo recovery, select the memory card, and click ‘Start’ button.
