Illegal U-Turn camera fines in San Francisco?
So here's the scenario. I'm from out of town and do not live in the U.S., but the trip there often and was driving a rental car. I fill up the rental at the last exit before the SFO airport. I ended up making an illegal U-turn. I to stop at a traffic light to turn then right to get back to 101. When I was in the lights, I saw a flash strobe. I'm sure it was a camera turned off. As a kind of red light camera red light. I think the intersection was E Millbrae Avenue and Rollins. Is anyone know of cameras and illegal U-turns if so, how does that work with the fine. It would just send it to the car rental company and then sent to my account? ¿I can try to fight against it? You can even sent me a ticket because I am not the owner of the vehicle license? Also how much is an illegal U-turn well in the area San Francisco. Thanks in advance for any information you can provide.
at some point the strobe is for emergency vechiles to the turn signal green for them or their camera to the city to film traffic in the area and how do you know the change was illegal, did you know is allowed to make reversals in signalized intersection unless there is a sign to say NO to turn, as for your question on the ballot will be sent to the rental agency rent after paying the ticket charge your credit card for the violation, if I was one)
