My camera can not connect to my computer, please help!?
Okay, so I have a new digital camera named Samsung TL220. Me would like to upload photos and transfer to my computer. But the thing is when I connect the USB port on both ends, my computer says the device is malfunctioning. I tried clicking on each option in fixing it, but it will not work. So the main problem is, the device failed and can not run on your computer. It also says the driver is uninstalled and my computer can not find the right driver for it. Please help!
Mine did something similar, then click to remove the CD, and they took the Samsung CD on my laptop, and then connect the camera and it worked fine after that for me.
