Everytime I zoom in none of the people are moving. No cars or nothing. obviously if they take pictures of planet EARTH they have to use a satellite/mega-camera (gov. keeps lots of secrets from us), but nothing is moving. Is this some kind of joke? or just google making a quick buck?.
but if it is not then in the near future will they be able to view everyone and everything moving? like a giant camera recorder?

No, Google Earth is not a fraud. Google Earth does not contain any live images or videos.
But since Google Earth does not and has never CLAIMED to contain any live images or videos, it is not a fraud. The fact that you don’t understand how something works doesn’t make it fraud.
