How much better tele lens zoom digital camera, capturing existing multiplies or adds to it.?
I have a sony dsc h9 camera digital 15x optical zoom. Sony sells an accessory by name telephoto 1.5x. If I put it to my digi cam, is that my digital camera zoom 22.5x 16.5x o. Please clarify. It affects the clarity of images adversely?
I would 22.5x technically. It requires the lens focal length and multiply it by 1.5, in other words, the focal length of 50% is achieved. Although the lens extension, especially the Sony are made with glass a little higher quality, some degradation of the image can be expected, since they are putting more glass, and therefore more opportunities to soften / distort the image in front of the lens. I can not comment as to how much to expect, but I think some image degradation.
