Why won’t my pictures from my camera go in my computer??
Ok so I have a SONY CYBERSHOT digital camera and i used the usb cord that came with it and when i plug it all in the computer doesn’t read it at all, just makes sounds when i take the cord out or something. I’m putting the cord in the right places, because i’ve done it on my other cameras before, but I have no idea why its not working!! HELP ME!
You camera should come with a CD that will have software for uploading photos on it, you need to install this software before loading them unless you already have a software like iphoto.
Then turn on the computer, turn on the camera and make sure that it is on looking at the picture mode not taking picture/video mode then plug the cord into the computer then into the camera. If this does not work then contact sony and ask for instructions or a replacement cord.
