Is there way to edit info that was scanned?
i have a scanner that i go to microsoft word and i click insert then picture then from scanner or camera and well i was scanning this contract and the words that are in it i want to translate to spanish but i cant because it doesnt allow me to do so because its a picture is there a way i can do it? thank you
You need to scan the contract as text rather than as a picture, and that requires text-recognition software, sometimes called OCR (Optical Character Recognition).
You do not say which scanner you have, but most come with at least a rudimentary text-recognition program.
If you did not get one with your scanner, you will need to find a free one. Try one of the programs at the link below.
