how can I remove an obstinate programme,usb pc camera ZS211?
have tried going into add/remove programme but it will just not uninstall
Go to programs, run, msconfig, startup and it should show up there. Uncheck it
Probably, this is just a driver rather than an actual program. There is a free tool called reg toy that you can use to get rid of stuff like this.
There is another tool called Security Task Manager and you can download the free version, it may be enough to turn it off for you, or at least tell you what file it is and you can delete yourself, but you would have to to be in safe mode.
An oh, having said that. Did you try to boot up in safe mode and uninstall it? That is really the only sure way of un-installing anything
